  • 1 Frying oil
  • 1 Katakuriko

    Step 1
  • Peel the nagaimo skin and chop into 1 cm pieces.
  • Step 2
  • In a plastic bag or a bowl, add the (A) ingredients and the nagaimo from Step 1. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Coat in katakuriko and fry in oil until golden brown, and they're done.
