  • 35 grams Ground chicken

  • 1/2 tsp ★Soy sauce
  • 1 dash ★Pepper
  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 Oil for frying

    Step 1
  • Peel the lotus root and cut into 5 mm thick slices. Soak in water.
