  • 3 Cups Cooked and Refrigerated White Rice, I prefer to boil Basmati Rice in Beef Broth
  • 1 Cup Frozen Baby Peas
  • 3 slices Crisp Bacon
  • 1/2 Onion, Diced
  • 2 Eggs scrambled
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley

How to Make Delicious & Easy Fried Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Delicious & Easy Fried Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Lightly whisk 2 eggs and add 1/8 Cup of Water. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes so eggs are fluffy and there is no liquid left. Scramble with fork and set aside and let cool.
  • Step 2
  • Fry bacon bacon and onion over medium heat in sesame oil for about 3-4 mins. Strain bacon and keep 2 tablespoon of drippings. Crumble bacon when cool.
  • Step 3
  • In pan with drippings, add cooked rice, bacon, egg, peas, soy sauce and butter.
  • Step 4
  • Top with chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!
