  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Mirin
  • 4 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

How to Make Delicious Buri (Amberjack) Teriyaki

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Delicious Buri (Amberjack) Teriyaki in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix the sauce ingredients together well.
  • Step 2
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the fish filets skin side down. When they are browned, flip them over.

  • Step 4
