  • 4 grams Dried yeast
  • 150 ml Water
  • 25 grams Unsalted butter
  • 1 Custard Cream

    Step 1
  • Make the custard cream. Use whatever custard you like, or use.
  • Step 2
  • Add the ingredients except for the butter to a bowl, and knead. Once it's come together, add the butter and knead.

  • Step 5
  • Place on a baking pan and use a scraper to insert cuts.
  • Step 6
  • After the second rising, coat with egg and bake in the preheated oven at 180℃ for 13 to 15 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • In this picture I didn't make cuts, gave it the egg coating, and topped with almond slices.
  • Step 8
  • You can rest easy that the custard won't spill out.
