  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Miso
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 bag Shimeji mushrooms

  • Slice the onion. Trim the hard end of shimeji and break into pieces.
