  • If you add the milk in 2 batches it reduces the amount of puréed spinach and kabocha that gets left behind in the blender, meaning less waste and an easier clean-up.
  • Step 7
  • Heat the soup in a pot and it's done.
  • Step 8
  • If you want to serve it cold, dissolve the consomme in hot water, then mix it with the purée in the bowl.
