Ingredients: Deviled Eggs

  • 12 large eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • Sweet relish
  • 1 tsp capers - chopped
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • chives cut into 1&1/2 inch pieces
  • salt and pepper

How to Make Deviled Eggs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Deviled Eggs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place eggs in 4 quarts of cold water, place on the stove on medium heat. After water begins to boil, set timer for 8 minutes, when the time is up eggs from pot and cool down in cold water. Peel the eggs, split them and place yolks in a bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Mash yolks, add mayo, mustard, relish, capers, and cayenne, mix well or put in food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Step 3
  • Place mixture in a piping bag with star tip and pipe into egg halves. Garnish with chives. Refrigerate until ready to serve
