  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cumin seed
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp ground chilies
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
