  • 6 hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
  • 1 scallion, minced
  • 1 tsp dried cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1 canned chipotle pepper packed in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 salt to taste

How to Make Diabolic Deviled Eggs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Diabolic Deviled Eggs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, place the yolks in a small mixing bowl, and set the whites aside.
  • Step 2
  • Add the scallion, cilantro, cumin, parsley, pepper, ranch dressing, mustard, and chipotle to the egg yolks and mix well with a fork until smooth.
  • Step 3
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Step 4
  • Spoon the yolk mixture into the hollow part of each egg white.
  • Step 5
  • There should be enough yolk filling to form a small dome on top of each egg white.
  • Step 6
  • Place in refrigerator and serve when cool.
