Ingredients: Diced Stuffed Bell Pepper

  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 white onion (chopped)
  • 1 lb. chopped hamburger meat
  • 1 cup white or brown rice
  • 1 can (16 oz) diced tomato (leave in juice)
  • 1 bag (8 oz) cheese of your choice (I use cheddar)
  • to taste garlic, salt and pepper

  • Cook rice per directions, set aside.
