  • 200 grams Hot cooked white rice
  • 150 grams Fresh okara
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Green peppers
  • 5 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Soup stock granules
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Butter

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Dieter's Okara Omurice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Dry-roast the okara in a frying pan.
  • Step 2
  • Heat the butter in a frying pan. Sauté the minced onion and green peppers.
  • Step 3
  • When cooked, add 2/3 of the okara into the frying pan and stir-fry quickly.
  • Step 4
  • Add water, soup stock granules and the ketchup. If it's too dry, add some soup stock dissolved in water. If it tastes too plain, add more ketchup.

  • Beat the eggs. Mix in the rest of the okara, salt and pepper.
  • Step 6
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the egg.
  • Step 7
  • Slide the omelet onto the ketchup rice to finish.
