  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 roasted yellow bell pepper; julienne
  • 1 roasted orange bell pepper; julienne
  • 3 jalapenos; thin half moons
  • 3 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 vegetable oil; to cover
  • 1 salt and pepper

    Step 1
  • Toss potatoes with enough vegetable oil to cover. Season with half of the dried herbs and spices, salt, and pepper.
