  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 1/2 cup Flour
  • 17 grams Yeast
  • 1/4 cup Butter

How to Make Dinner Rolls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Dinner Rolls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 205?C or 400?F
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl, combine water (I added an extra 2 tbsp of water) , oil, yeast and sugar. Allow mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • With spatula or hand, mix in salt, flour and egg until combined.
  • Step 4
  • Flour hands and knead for 5-10 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Shape dough into 12 balls. Place them onto a greased or parchment lined 13x9 baking pan and let rest for 10 minutes or until double size.
  • Step 6
  • Bake at 205?F for 10 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  • Step 7
  • Brush with melted butter straight from the oven.
