  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne chilli pepper
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • Jerk Seasoning (4)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne chilli pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp ground allspice
  • 2 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • Apple Spice Mix (5)
  • 8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp ground cardamon
  • Fish seasoning (6)
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried crushed rosemary
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp ground dried sage
  • 2 tsp dried marjoram leaves
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • Seafood Seasoning (7)
  • 6 1/3 tbsp salt
  • 3 2/3 tbsp celery seeds
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp ground red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • tsp ground cardamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Greek Seasoning (8)
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp dried mint leaves
  • Mediterranean Seasoning (9)
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp ground coriander
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • Teco bell Copycat Seasoning (10)
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne chilli pepper
  • 1/2 tsp white sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp beef bouillon granules
  • 2 tsp All-Purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • Poultry Seasoning (11)
  • 3 tbsp ground dried thyme
  • 4 tbsp ground dried sage
  • 2 tbsp ground dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp ground dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp finely ground black pepper
  • French Fry Seasoning (12)
  • 2 tbsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp onion salt
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp Cayenne chilli pepper

How to Make D.I.Y Spice Blends (No°2)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 12 steps you must follow to make D.I.Y Spice Blends (No°2) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • To make the Adobe mix: combine all ingredients together well. Transfer and store in a cool dry place for up to six months. (Makes about 14 tablespoons). It can be used on just about anything, it's a kind of all-purpose seasoning blend.
  • Step 2
  • Mix all the ingredients together. Transfer to an airtight container until needed. Can be used as a substitute for ranch dressing mix.
  • Step 3

  • Mix well all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Transfer and store in a cool dry place until needed. Before cooking meat, coat in about 2 tablespoons of olive oil then rub the seasoning onto the meat.
  • Step 5
  • Place all ingredients in a small jar and shake well, store in a cool dry place until needed.
  • Step 6
  • Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Transfer and store in an airtight container until needed.
  • Step 7
  • Place all ingredients in a jar or container and shake well until all the ingredients are blened together. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place until needed.
  • Step 8
  • Combine all ingredients mix well and store in an airtight container in a cool dry place until needed. (Makes about 12 servings). Can be used used in greek salads, meats, rice, sauces, marinades and dips.
  • Step 9
  • Mix all the ingredients together well, next transfer to a jar or container. Store in an airtight container or jar until needed. (Makes about 1/2 a cup). Coat meat in olive oil then rub seasoning on it and let it marinade for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking. Can be used in many dishes such as meat, poultry, fish, vegetables and pasta sauces.
  • Step 10
  • (Makes about 8 servings) mix all ingredients in a bowl well and then transfer and store in an airtight container.
  • Step 11
  • (Makes over half a cup). Mix all ingredients together well. Transfer to an airtight container until needed.
  • Step 12
  • Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Seal and Store in a cool dry place until needed.
