  • egg Noodles sirloin steak onion mushrooms beef bulion Worcester shire dijon mustard cooking wine salt pepper garlic sour cream
  • 1 packages Egg Noodles
  • 1 lb sirloin steak / cut in strips
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 1/2 cup mushroom chop half slice the rest
  • 5 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 can beef bulion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 salt & pepper
  • 1 garlic powder

How to Make Donna' beef stroganoff

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Donna' beef stroganoff in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Season steak stripes with salt , pepper & garlic . To taste
  • Step 2
  • Med high heat & LG skillet. Heat 1tbs olive oil and brown steak stripes. Set to the side
  • Step 3
  • Saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms in 2tbs of olive oil for about 6mins
  • Step 4
  • Combine saute onions & mushrooms to meat then add beef bulion & mushroom soup. Bring to boil, reduce heat to med low 15mins. Let rest about 5min
  • Step 5
  • Prepare egg Noodles by package detection on package
  • Step 6
  • Add sour cream and serve
