  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, beaten (or equivalent amount in egg substitute)
  • 1 apple, peeled & chopped

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tin or line with baking cups.
