  • 1/4 cup Canola oil
  • 1 tsp Instant coffee (optional)
  • 2 cup All purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Coco powder
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

How to Make Double Chocolate Muffin

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Double Chocolate Muffin in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, coco powder, baking powder, instant coffee (if used), baking soda, salt and chocolate chips and make a well in the centre.

  • In a separate bowl mix together all the wet ingredients until very well combined.
  • Step 4
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.

  • Step 7
  • Bake for 17-20 mins or until toothpick inserted in the middle and comes out clean
