  • 100 grams Cake flour
  • 20 grams Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 70 grams Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 40 ml Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 40 ml Milk
  • 40 grams Chocolate chips
  • 1 Sliced almonds

How to Make Double Chocolate Muffins

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Double Chocolate Muffins in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Beat the egg in a bowl, add the vegetable oil and mix well with a whisk.
  • Step 2
  • Add the milk and mix. Then add the sugar and salt and mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Sift the cake flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together. Add 1/3 of the flour mixture into the bowl from Step 2, and mix well with a whisk.
  • Step 4
  • Sift in the rest of the flour mixture and fold in. Add the chocolate chips before everything mixes completely, and mix gently.
  • Step 5
  • Put the muffin cups in the muffin molds, and pour in the batter from Step 4 with a spoon. Fill about 70% of each mold with the batter. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  • Step 6
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes. When baked, cool on a rack and they are done.
  • Step 7
  • ≪Cross Cut≫ There are a lot of chocolate chips inside.
