  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, bittersweet (do not exceed 61% cacao)
  • Topping
  • 4 candy canes, coarsely crushed
  • 1 bunch mint chocolate Hershey's kisses
