  • 2 (8 oz) Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, butterflied
  • 2 oz cream cheese, fat-free, sliced
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, fat-free, sliced
  • 1 egg white, sligtly beaten
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup panko
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

How to Make Double Stuffed Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Double Stuffed Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350F Coat bottom of baking dish with non-stick spray
  • Step 2
  • Unfold butterflied chicken breast place a slice of cream cheese and cheddar cheese on one side of each breast and fold back together.
  • Step 3
  • In a shallow bowl, mix minced garlic with egg white and lemon juice.
  • Step 4
  • In a separate shallow bowl mix the panko, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and paprika.
  • Step 5
  • Dip chicken in egg mixture than coat with breading mixture. Place in prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
