  • 3 large baking potatoes (russet)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped & cooked bacon
  • 1 cup grated marble cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Double Stuffed Potatoes

    Step 1
  • Bake potatoes in a 350 oven for 45 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Remove potatoes, cool for 5 minutes, then cut in half lengthwise.

  • Scoop out the insides of the potatoes (try not to tear the skin).
  • Step 4
  • In a bowl mix the potatoes, butter, sourcream, bacon pieces, half the chopped parsley, and half the grated cheese.

  • Mix until combined and season with salt & pepper.

  • Scoop the filling back into your potatoe halves and top with remaining grated cheese and chopped parsley.
  • Step 7
  • Bake in a 350 oven for 35 minutes. & Enjoy.
