  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • Garnished (Optional)
  • 1 bunch Spring Onions
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Cashew Nuts

How to Make Dried Chili Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Dried Chili Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the chicken into 1,5 cm chunks
  • Step 2
  • Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Cut the onion into 8.
  • Step 4

  • Washed and cut the dried chilies lengthwise .
  • Step 6
  • Heat oil in a wok or fry pan at HIGH
  • Step 7

  • Add the onions and ginger, and continue Stirling till the onion softened .
  • Step 9
  • Add the marinated chickeen and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Step 10
  • Removed and served with any vegetable dish on a plate of white rice.
