  • 1 cup sifted unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup crushed macademia nuts
  • 5 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 splash Bailey's or any other cream liqueur
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

How to Make Drunken Macademia Blondies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Drunken Macademia Blondies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Grease or spray with baking spray an 8x8 pan. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
  • Sift flour, then sift it again with baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add chopped macademia nuts, stir then save for later
  • Step 3
  • Stir brown sugar into butter, then cool mixture for 20 seconds
  • Step 4
  • Beat the egg then gradually mix in the flour mixture. After it's mixed add in the splash of cream liqueur
  • Step 5
  • Spread onto the pan, then evenly spread the white chocolate chips on top of the mixture.
  • Step 6
  • Bake in the oven for around 22-25 minutes, or until a knife will dip in cleanly, then take it out of the oven and coop. Can be served at any temperature, although reheating will alter texture.
