  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 20 piece green chili
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 head garlic, chopped
  • 1 large white onion, diced
  • 20 piece spring roll wrapper
  • 1 cheddar cheese (sliced lenghtwise)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make Dynamite (Chili Spring Rolls)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Dynamite (Chili Spring Rolls) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash chilies and pat dry. Slice one side of the chili and remove seeds (make sure to wear gloves). Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Heat pan and add about 3 tablespoons of oil. Add garlic, cook until golden brown. Add onions until cooked. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Cook and brown beef. Mix taco seasoning and cooked garlic and onions. Turn heat off and let it cool a little.
  • Step 4
  • Prepare and lay 1 wrapper on a flat surface. Stuff 1 green chili with a teaspoon or tablespoon of cooked ground beef mixture and add a slice/cut cheese. Roll stuffed chili in wrapper and secure sides with a bit of water.
  • Step 5
  • Fry chili using remaining oil for 3-5 minutes or until wrapper is golden brown. Serve with chili sauce or dip.
