  • Put two cups of water in an earthenware pot and bring to a boil. Spread crinkled aluminum foil on the bottom.

  • Step 7
  • Once the 15 minutes have passed, remove from the pot. Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator and it's complete!

  • Top with maple syrup if you like, it's very delicious.

  • You can also use cups or ramekins! Aside from an earthenware pot, I also made this using a Le Creuset pot.
