  • 2 tbsp Mizuame starch syrup (or honey) (optional)

  • Peel the skin of the sweet potato in stripes (or just leave it on).

  • Step 6
  • Add the mizuame (or honey) and mix together. Once they have cooled, sprinkle sesame seeds and salt, and then they're finished!
