  • 14 oz can condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice ( 6-7 lemons)
  • 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 Prepared Whipped Cream ( optional )

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step 2
  • Juice room temp lemons. 6-7 lemons should give you 3/4 cup.
  • Step 3
  • Mix yolks & condensed milk in a medium bowl with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes or until mixture lightens up.
  • Step 4
  • Slow add in lemon juice - mix well.
  • Step 5
  • Pour mixture into the prepared crust.
  • Step 6
  • Bake on center rack of oven - 22 to 25 minutes- or until it is set.
  • Step 7
  • Let cool for an hour or two before serving. If desired, serve with whipped cream. Store pie in the fridge.
