  • 4 tbsp Rice flour (cake flour)
  • 1 dash Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Soy milk (or milk)
  • 1 Fillings of your choice

    Step 1
  • Measure the flour, baking powder and sugar (I used brown sugar), and mix with a measuring spoon.

  • Add the soy milk and mix well.

  • Step 4
  • Give it a mix. Use a skewer, a chopstick, the end of a spoon or just your finger!
