  • 1 1/2 rice bowls Hot cooked white rice
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 to 3 leaves Shiso leaves
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Chinese soup stock granules
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Easy & Simple Garlic Fried Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until golden brown.
  • Step 2
  • After the garlic has become golden brown, remove it to a plate.
  • Step 3
  • Stir-fry the rice in the olive oil that the garlic was cooked in. Add the salt, pepper, and Chinese soup stock granules and continue to stir-fry.
  • Step 4
  • Return the garlic to the pan and stir-fry until everything is mixed well. Add the soy sauce directly to the surface of the pan.
  • Step 5
  • When the soy sauce is pleasantly fragrant, pile the chopped shiso leaves on top and it's done!
