  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

  • Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water and a dash of salt while peel the shrimp.

  • Turn the heat off and put the dish into the plate. Serve with rice.
