  • 200 grams Mixed frozen seafood
  • 150 grams Mushrooms (shimeji, etc)

  • 40 grams Butter
  • 1 tbsp White wine
  • 30 grams All-purpose flour
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1 Consommé soup stock cube
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 300 grams Hot cooked rice
  • 100 grams Pizza cheese
  • 1 as much (to taste) Parsley (for garnish)

How to Make Easy and Authentic Seafood Doria with Mushrooms

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Easy and Authentic Seafood Doria with Mushrooms in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mince the onion. Remove the stems from the mushrooms, and separate into pieces. Lightly wash the mixed frozen seafood, and strain away the excess water.

  • Heat the butter in a frying pan, and sauté the onion. When it starts to become soft and wilted, add the mushrooms, and continue stir-frying.
  • Step 3
  • When the mushrooms become soft, add the mixed frozen seafood. Swirl in the white wine, and evaporate the alcohol.
  • Step 4
  • Add the flour, and mix without making lumps. Stir well with a wooden spatula, and pour in the milk in 2-3 batches.
  • Step 5
  • Add the consomme cube, salt, and pepper. Simmer until it becomes your desired consistency while stirring constantly (Refer to Helpful Hints).
  • Step 6
  • Turn off the heat, add in the rice, and mix well. When you are using refrigerated or frozen rice, warm it up before adding it to the pan.
  • Step 7
  • Transfer into a heatproof dish, sprinkle with the pizza cheese, and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 250℃ until the surface has browned.
  • Step 8
  • When baked, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy.
