  • 1 Apple
  • 30 grams Granulated sugar
  • 10 grams Unsalted butter
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1 Whole egg (for glazing)

    Step 1
  • Defrost the frozen puff pastry. Preheat the oven to 200℃.
  • Step 2
  • Slice the apple and put into a pot. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top.

  • Step 4

  • Bake in the oven preheated to 200℃ for 20 minutes, then it's done.
