  • 2 slice Bacon
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 50 grams Shimeji mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Plain flour
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 1 Soup stock cube
  • 1 Hot cooked rice
  • 1 Grated cheese

    Step 1
  • Slice the bacon into 2cm pieces. Slice the onion along the grain thinly. Cut the root end off the shimeji mushrooms and shred with your hands.
