  • 1 generous amount Chopped green onions

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Easy and Rich Stir Fried Udon Noodles with Oyster and Soy Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash the bean sprouts and drain. Slice the chikuwa into rounds or diagonally. Combine the ● ingredients. If you're using frozen udon noodles, defrost them in the microwave. (50 seconds at 1000 W on one side, then flip over and microwave for another 40 seconds.)
  • Step 2
  • Heat up the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the bean sprouts and chikuwa. When the bean sprouts are cooked, add the udon noodles and the combined ● ingredients, and stir fry while untangling the noodles. Be careful not to let the flavoring ingredients burn.
  • Step 3
  • When there's almost no moisture left in the pan and the udon noodles are cooked, transfer to a serving plate and top with mayonnaise and chopped green onions to finish.
