  • 5 grams Rum

    Step 1
  • Prepare the food processor. Cook quickly while the steamed sweet potatoes are still warm.
  • Step 2
  • Add all the ingredients into the food processor, and mix. If it's hard to mix, add 1 teaspoon of milk at a time to make the mixture smooth.

  • When it becomes smooth, transfer into an icing bag, and squeeze it out. The consistency should be the same as soft koshi-an (smooth sweet red bean paste).
