  • Seasoning
  • 200 ml ☆ The soaking liquid from the kombu seaweed and dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp ☆ Bonito dashi stock granules
  • 1 tbsp ☆ Mirin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ☆ Soy sauce
