  • 3 cuts Salmon
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 bunch Shimeji mushrooms (or other mushroom of your choice)
  • 3 tsp Butter (or margarine)
  • 1 Salt and pepper

    Step 1
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper, slice the onion into 3mm wedges, then trim and separate the mushrooms.
