  • 250 grams Beef (red meat is best)
  • 1 tbsp ★Sake
  • 1 tbsp ★Soy sauce
  • 1 ★Garlic powder
  • 1 ★Black pepper
  • 1 ★Salt and pepper

How to Make Easy Beef Jerky

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Easy Beef Jerky in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add the meat and all of the ★ ingredients to a plastic bag. Rub the seasoning into the meat and leave it to marinate for 1/2-1 day.
  • Step 2
  • Arrange the meat on an oven dish so that the pieces don't overlap and roast for 100 minutes at 150°C. You don't have to preheat the oven.
  • Step 3
  • During cooking, turn the meat over 3 times. Throw away any juices that leak out of the meat.
  • Step 4
  • Once the meat is cooked, season with salt and pepper. When the meat has cooled it's ready to eat.
  • Step 5
  • This time I used 3 pieces of 1 cm thick beef round (250 g total).
