  • 5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 egg

  • preheat oven to 450°F
  • Step 2
  • in a bowl, combine flour,sugar,baking powder, and salt.
  • Step 3
  • cut in butter until crumbly

  • make well in center

  • in well,add milk and beaten egg
  • Step 6
  • stir lightly to mix. if batter isn't sticky add 1 TBSP milk at a time until it is
  • Step 7
  • drop by teaspoon full on baking sheet
  • Step 8
  • bake for 10-12 min or until browned
