  • 5 ○ Shiso leaves, julienned
  • 1 ○ Kujo leeks (or scallions), minced
  • 1 Ponzu (to sprinkle over garnishing)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Easy Bonito Carpaccio in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix the ○ ingredients in a bowl. Similarly, mix the ★ ingredients in a bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Spread the ★ ingredients on a tray or plate and cover the sliced bonito on top to marinate. After about 10 minutes, flip the slices over and let sit for another 10 minutes.
