  • 1 dozen large eggs
  • 1 kg shoulder bacon in strips
  • 1/4 lb butter salted or unsalted
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 can creamcorn (optional)

  • Preheat oven to 180°F celcius and greese large muffin trays well.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Then put in oven until eggs are cooked and bacon crispy (about 15-18 minutes).
