  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cup water
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 slice bacon
  • 2 cup favorite cooked breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup favorite shredded cheese (I use sharp cheddar)
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Easy Breakfast Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Easy Breakfast Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Start by cooking your rice. Bring to boil and turn down to low until water has evaporated and rice is tender.
  • Step 2
  • While rice is cooking, cook your bacon. I like to cook mine in the oven, on 400 for about 10 mins or until crispy. Dry on paper towel and break into bite size pieces. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Scramble your eggs and season to your taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Step 4
  • Cook your breakfast sausage, crumble if needed and set aside.
  • Step 5
  • Combine rice, bacon, eggs, sausage and cheese in a large pot on medium heat. Mix well and season again with salt and pepper if needed.
