  • 16 oz Mexican Velveeta Cheese
  • 32 oz Sharp Cheddar Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 can Rotel (10oz Cans)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
  • Meat
  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • tbsp Spicy Montreal Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

How to Make Easy Cheesy Queso

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Easy Cheesy Queso in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • You will need:

  • Slice your Velveeta Cheese's
  • Step 3
  • Try not to break your favorite knife while doing it.
  • Step 4
  • Throw the sliced cheese's, Rotel, and cream of mushroom soup in a crock pot. (You can also do this over the stove top in a large pot)
  • Step 5
  • Turn the crock pot on high heat for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Step 6
  • Meanwhile, put the Italian sausage in a pan over medium heat. Sprinkle with the Montreal Seasoning and Onion Powder.
  • Step 7
  • Heat until thoroughly cooked.
  • Step 8
  • Drain grease and throw in the crock pot and mix in with the cheese mix.
  • Step 9
  • Turn the crock pot on low and heat until all cheese is melted. Stir occasionally. About 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
