  • 3 Chicken breasts cut into bite size cubes
  • 1 can Enchilada sauce 10 oz
  • 4 oz Cream cheese cubed
  • 1 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1 can Pinto Beans 15 1/2 oz
  • 6 Flour tortillas
  • 1 1/4 cup Mexican cheese

How to Make Easy Chicken Enchiladas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Easy Chicken Enchiladas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Line a 13x9x2 baking pan with foil & spray with nonstick cooking spray. Spread 1/2 cup of enchilada sauce in it.
  • Step 2
  • Cook chicken in a skillet on medium until juices run clear.
  • Step 3
  • In a large pot heat salsa, cream cheese & beans on medium until cream cheese is melted & beans are warm.
  • Step 4
  • Add cooked chicken to the pot of salsa mix.
  • Step 5
  • Spoon 5 Tbs of mix onto each tortilla & roll up. Place seam side down in the baking dish & top with remaining sauce.
  • Step 6
  • Top with cheese and bake covered at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
