Ingredients: Easy chicken Lo Mein

  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Red pepper flakes
  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup celery cut up in chunks
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 olive oil
  • 4 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 1 salt & pepper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Easy chicken Lo Mein in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut your chicken breast in chunks. Season chicken with salt and pepper only. In a skillet with olive oil cook chicken until no longer pink
  • Step 2
  • Set cooked chicken aside; remove from skillet. Mix in a bowl your sauces n red pepper flakes
  • Step 3
  • In same skillet add more olive oil..and throw in your cut up celery chunks n broccoli and saute until desired tenderness
  • Step 4
  • Meanwhile your saute-ing you veggies, place a pot with water to boil with spaghetti noddles. Cook al dente.
  • Step 5
  • Once noodles are drained, pour noodles in skillet with veggies sauteed. N throw in chicken and sauces. Mix well.
