  • 3/4 cup Milk (I used Vanilla Almond Milk)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon (if you want plain pancakes just omit this)
  • 1 tsp Oil of choice (I used olive oil)
  • 1 Butter for cooking

How to Make Easy Cinnamon Pancakes!

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Easy Cinnamon Pancakes! in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix together all the dry ingredients
  • Step 2
  • Next add the milk a little at a time (you may find you need more or less later so don't mix it all in at once)

  • I made the pancakes with a small egg pan so I got perfect circles that way.
  • Step 5
  • Heat up the pan and add a bit of butter, once melted coat the small pan with some of the mix, thickness is up to you!

  • Once you see that little holes are forming on one side it's a good indication to flip them
  • Step 7
  • Top with some fruit and maple syrup and Greek yogurt and enjoy!
