  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 50 ml White wine
  • 50 ml Pasta boiling water
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 dash Soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

How to Make Easy Clam Pasta

    Step 1
  • Put the clams in salt water while we prepare the pasta.
  • Step 2
  • Clean the clams of sand and salt. If you are making a large amount, you can freeze the leftovers for later.
  • Step 3
  • In a pan, heat olive oil and garlic and over low.
  • Step 4
  • When the garlic becomes aromatic, pour in the white wine on high heat. Cover and simmer on low to medium heat until the clams open.
  • Step 5
  • As the clams start to open, remove the lid. When they look ready, add in the pasta and stir. At this point, add in the soy sauce.
  • Step 6
  • Then serve on a plate with a sprinkle of pepper.
