  • 50 grams Vegetable oil
  • 140 ml Milk
  • Icing:
  • 30 grams Powdered sugar
  • 1 grams Cinnamon
  • 1 very small amount Water

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 12 steps you must follow to make Easy Coffee Muffins in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Prep: The batter will be ready in no time, so preheat the oven to 200℃.
  • Step 2
  • Add the ☆ dry ingredients, and mix with a whisk.

  • When it becomes your preferred consistency, cut off the tip a little bit, and squeeze. Squeeze out the icing when the muffins have cooled.

  • I used the instant coffee, which dissolves in cold water this time.
  • Step 12
  • When you're using coffee which doesn't dissolve in water, dissolve in a small amount of hot water, then add after Step 5.
