  • 2 12 oz. packs deluxe Coleslaw cabbage mix
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup White vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Hellmans mayo
  • 1 tbs. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp. each, salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp. Celery seed

How to Make Easy Coleslaw

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Easy Coleslaw in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix sugar and vinegar.
  • Step 2
  • Put onion in food processor and mince.
  • Step 3
  • Add remaining ingredients (except cabbage) and process on med. high until well mixed, about 15 seconds. Rest mixture for 1 minute, then process again for 15 seconds.
  • Step 4
  • Add mixture to cabbage in large bowl.
  • Step 5
  • Refrigerate 4 hrs., stirring occasionally. Will thicken up on standing.
  • Step 6
  • Mix well and serve.
